Women Physical Fitness

Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, [1]  moderate-vigorous physical exercise, [2]  and sufficient rest. [3] We impart Physical fitness for all women of all ages, shapes and abilities. Flexibility training, Cardio vascular Exercise and Resistance exercise training are given to them for their overall physical fitness.

Strength or resistance training: Exercises make your muscles stronger. Some examples are lifting weights and using a resistance band.

Flexibility Training: The focus is on optimizing range-of-motion (ROM), balance and co-ordination by performing stretches after warm-ups or exercise sessions.

Cardiovascular Exercise: The objective is to establish an improved metabolic, heart and lung function, as well as muscular endurance.

Resistance Exercise: The aim is to strengthen muscles, soft tissue and enhance bone-density.
